William D. Phillips Jr. born on June 11, 1972 in Fort Hood, Texas to the late, William Sr. and Donna Phillips, passed away on July 25, 2021. He was also preceded in death by his brother.
William is survived by his three daughters, Sabrina (Sheldon) Sommers, Cheyenne Phillips, and Cassidy Phillips; a son William D. Phillips III; one grandson; five siblings; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
William was a jack of all trades and will be missed by all that loved and knew him.
The family will have a gathering for family and friends at a later date.
