VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Victor L. Pallotta 85 of Cuyahoga Falls died May 9 2006. Victor was born on June 21 1920 in Bagnoli del Trigno Italy. Victor was preceded in death by his parents Michelina and Pietro Pallotta; daughter Carole J. Curry; sister Annina Minni. He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years Marilyn; children Victor (Diana) Pallotta Jr. Janet (Dave) Ritterbeck Michele (Kevin) Hardman; grandchildren Tiffany Pallotta Kristin (Jeremy) Oravec Matthew Pallotta Sandra (Mike) Ritterbeck Mark Ritterbeck Anthony Berg Andrew Pallotta Jenna Ritterbeck Haleigh Berg Emily Pallotta; great grandchildren Chase Leon Caleb Leon; brother Albert (Joyce) Pallotta; sister Clara (Pete) Caporaletti; many nieces and nephews. Victor served in the US Army in WWII. Upon returning to Akron he continued his career as a pastry chef retiring from Firestone CC and Guy's Party Center. Victor was famous for his specialty creation the Crunchy Cream Pie. After retirement he enjoyed baking pies and giving them to his family and friends. Victor devoted his time to his family making sure everyone was well cared for. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday May 12 2006 1:00 PM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church 1905 Portage Trail. Entombment in Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
