Thomas Slovensky

Thomas J. Slovensky 51 left to enter paradise on March 23 2012. He leaves behind his loving wife Patricia; loving children Jeremy Jacquelynn Chantel and Alyssa; beautiful granddaughter Jaila; his mother Donita; brothers Gary and Eddie; many relatives and friends. Tommy is preceded in death by his father Francis. He will be dearly missed. May he rest peacefully in heaven.
