Scott Hammer

Scott Matthew Hammer 46 of Stow passed away peacefully in his sleep with his companion at his side. He was preceded in death by his sister Margaret and brother Andrew. He is survived by his parents Ralph and Beverly Hammer brothers Mark John (Alycea) Timothy (Carie) and special cousin Vicki and special friend Fr. McCarthy. He is also survived by his loving companion Scott Bostick and numerous aunts uncles nieces nephews and cousins. He also leaves behind his loving dog Martin. Scott had a passion for life and lived it well. He never worried about tomorrow. He enjoyed working with plants and flowers whether inside or out. He loved helping with Christmas decorations swimming being outside and spending time with his friends and family. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday November 3 2010 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church 161 W. Clinton St. Doylestown 44230. Interment in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
