Sandra Bonsteel

Sandra Jean Bonsteel age 69 entered eternal life on July 7 2013 while surrounded by her loving family. Born in Akron Ohio on April 19 1944 she was first of four children born to Paul and Betty (Matson) Sizemore. Sandy as she was known to family and friends was a graduate of East High School. She worked as a nurse's aid at Akron General Hospital and enjoyed singing in her church choir at the Chapel on Fir Hill. She served as a volunteer at the East Akron Community House. In her free time Sandra enjoyed helping others and caring for her beloved dogs. She is survived by her husband Terry; her son Brian of Pittsburgh PA; sister Patricia Dayton of North Canton sister-in-law Cheryl Richards of Akron and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday July 10 2013 from 9:30 AM -11:30 AM with a memorial service to follow at 11:30 AM at Hummel Funeral Home 3475 Copley Rd COPLEY. Inurnment will follow in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
