Ruth Louis

Ruth Dorothea Sir Louis 95 peacefully entered the presence of her Lord and Savior on Sunday May 2 2010. Born October 16 1914 she was a resident of Copley for over 80 years and a 1932 graduate of Copley High School. Ruth was the youngest daughter of Henry and Margaret Aberth founders of the City Baking Company. She was the widow of Harley SirLouis the love of her life. She spent her adult life in service to her Lord and in caring for others. A gentle and poetic soul she wrote over 100 poems participated in numerous Little Theater productions and sang in choirs and ensembles. She especially enjoyed singing with some of her daughters and granddaughters in an ensemble she called 'Generations.' Playing the piano brought her great joy and nothing delighted her more than her family gathering around the piano to sing with her. Ruth was a faithful and devoted member of her Sunday School class and church Riverside Alliance where she drew the strength to joyously attend for the last time on Easter Sunday. Ruth was preceded to heaven by her beloved husband Harley in 2000 her parents and her siblings. She is loved and missed by her devoted children and family who she loved dearly and well: son Harley (Betty) SirLouis; daughters Margaret (Norman) Heinbuch Nancy (Gene) Baumgardner and Dorothea (Ray) Letzler who cared for her the past four years; grandchildren Becky (Tom) Beck Sherri (Dave) Shaub Beth (Bob) Kasper David (Sherrie) Baumgardner Eric (Shelly) Heinbuch Shelley (Pete) Hargrove Amy (Adam) Heinbuch Graig (Autumn) SirLouis Alisa (Scott) Rochford Ray Letzler and Josh Letzler; great grandchildren great-great grandchildren many loved nieces and nephews and her loving church family. Ruth lovingly accepted all who became a part of her extended family. Friends may call on Friday May 7 5-8 p.m. at the Hummel Funeral Home (Copley). A celebration of Ruth's life will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday May 8 at Riverside Alliance Church 2433 S. Main St. Akron 44319. A private family burial in Copley Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the church or charity of your choice. 'Precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of His saints.' Psalm 116:15
