VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Rose T. Stimac 93 passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 7 2006 surrounded by her loved ones. Born on June 30 1912 in Hungary to Elizabeth and Frank Beri and imigrating to the United States when she was 12 years old. She resided in Akron all of her life until recently moving to the assisted living facility at Pleasant Pointe in Barberton and more recently to Pleasant View Healthcare Center also in Barberton. She worked for the former Pfleuger Company in Akron where she met and married her husband John. A long-time member of St. Hilary Catholic Church and a member of St. Hilary Women's Altar Society Rose spent her years at home tending to her flowers and garden. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 2005 to whom she was married 66 years parents Elizabeth and Frank and infant brother Frank in Hungary and dear 'sister' Irene Balogh. Rose is survived by daughters Judy (Tom) Valatka of Norton Rosemary Paddy of Barberton; son Richard (Ruth) of Norton; grandchildren Tracy Scott Pam Dan (Sally) Eric Ryan; great-grandchildren Samantha and Dan Paddy; nieces Carol Ann Dawson and Deborah Litz. The family would like to extend its sincere appreciation to all of the caring staff at Pleasant View Healthcare Center for making her last year tolerable and to the angels caring for her at Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service on Ridgewood Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday June 12 2006 9:30 AM at St. Hilary Catholic Church 2350 W. Market St. Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. AKRON on Sunday June 11 2006 from 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron OH 44333. Don't think of her as gone away her journey's just begun life holds so may facets this earth is only one. Just think of her as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. Think how she must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched... for nothing loved is ever lost and she was loved so much. E. Brenneman
