Rose Massey

Rose M. Massey, 98, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Rose was a school teacher in Arlington Heights, IL for many years. She was a very active volunteer for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland Sight Center and Kirtlandia Society. She also volunteered actively for decades throughout Greater Cleveland to serve the mentally and physically handicapped, their caregivers and those just needing emotional support. She was a member of Church of the Resurrection in Solon, OH. She was preceded in death by parents Alphonso and Mary Meyers; husband Lester Massey and son John Massey. She is survived by sons Michael and Robert Massey; daughter-in-law Mary Massey; grandchildren Christopher, Diane, Justin, David, Michael, Sarah and Jordan Massey, Erin Halloran. Funeral services will be held at a later time. Donations may be made to Church of the Resurrection in Solon.
