Roberta Turley

Roberta Jean "Bobbi" Turley, 80, passed away peacefully on May 31,2022 at her home in Akron, Ohio after a long and full life. She was a dedicated sister, mother, and grandmother, is loved greatly, and will be missed terribly. Bobbi was born in Dunbar, PA to the late Robert and Emma Schwenning. They later moved to Akron, OH spending most of her life there. She was preceded in death by her sisters Sandy Evans, Joyce Speegle, and Sharon Parker; and brother Robert W. Schwenning. She is survived by her soulmate of over 30 years, Joe Salmons; brothers Kenneth (Mary) and Richard (Beth) Schwenning; sons Robert (Jen), David (Susan), and Wayne (Felecia) Turley; grandchildren Meghan (Steve) Dillard, Brandon, Blaine, Maddy, Alex, Breanna, Evan, Nicholas, and Matthew Turley; and great grandchildren Bryson and Cambree Dillard. A private memorial will be held to celebrate Bobbi's life. Details TBD.
