Robert Snavely

The Lord called home one of His angels, Robert Snavely, 97. on Sunday, December 20, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s, and sudden complication from Covid-19. He was born in Bellville, Ohio, March 1, 1923 to Mattie and Vance Snavely. He was a past member of First Christian Church of Wadsworth. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Betty and son, Robert Snavely, Jr. He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Marvin Matyasi Sr.; grandchildren, Marvin Jr., Nicole, Laura, Bobby, Tim; great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. As per Roberts request, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater East Ohio Area Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, 70 W.
