Robert Hazlett

Robert William Hazlett of Copley, Ohio passed away on October 23, 2023. He was born in Barberton, Ohio on December 1, 1932.

Preceded in death by his wife June, son Michael, parents David and Hattie and brothers Rich, John, Dave and their spouses.

He is survived by his sons Tom and Dave, daughters Doreen and Darleen, son in law Dan Beaver, grandchildren Kyle, Kasey, Kari, Elise, Christine, Sarah and numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and retired from the Akron & Barberton Beltline Railroad. He was an avid golfer well into his 80s and spent the past 30 plus years as a Snowbird in Myrtle Beach.

Honoring Roberts wishes, cremation has taken place and no calling hours will be held. Robert will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio.
