Robert Bowersox

Rob Bowersox, age 66, passed away July 26, 2022 after a courageous fight with leukemia. He was born in 1956 and spent his younger life in Copley and graduated from Copley High School. He retired from Roadway after 30+ years as a semi-truck driver. He enjoyed golfing, finally getting his hole-in-one.
Rob is preceded in death by father, Richard and brothers, Rick and Jeff. He is survived by his wife, Lynette; mother, Carole; daughter, Sarah (Ryan) Gosorn; son, Justin; nephew, Michael; four grandchildren, step-daughter, Allison and his faithful buddy, dog Piper.
Funeral service will be 12:00pm Monday, August 1, 2022 at Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Rd. Copley, Ohio where friends may call one hour prior. Interment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Care Center 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron Ohio 44333.
