VIEW PICTURE TRIBUTE Rita Ann Parker 72 was laid to rest on Saturday February 24 2007 after a long battle with cancer. Rita graduated from St. Vincent High School in 1952 where she was an active parishioner. She retired from AMHA in 1999 after 26 years of service. Rita enjoyed spending her time swimming traveling or in the company of friends and family. She also enjoyed sewing a skill she learned from her father. She was preceded in death by parents Emma and Armond Sideri and sisters Mary Louise Louise Grace and Emma. She is survived by brothers Tony and Edward (Betty Jo) Sideri and her supportive brother-in-law Fred Fletcher. Also survived by her children Michael (Patti) Susan Hill (David) Julie Gascoyne Emily and her grandchildren Christopher Sarah Cory and Dugan. The children would like to extend their sincere thanks to her wonderful family and friends who have supported her throughout her illness. A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday March 3 2007 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Vincent Catholic Church 164 W. Market St. Akron 44303. A gathering of friends will be held at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. Akron on Friday 4 to 8 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions may be made to The Fr. Thomas H.
