Raymond Miller

VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Raymond H. Miller 96 of Akron died August 7 2006. He is with God and his Savior Jesus Christ. The son of Earl Miller and Zoe Hamilton he was born and lived in Ashland OH. He graduated from the College of Wooster in 1931 and was elected into the College's Athletic Hall of Fame in 1969. He was employed at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. for 32 years. His wife of 70 years Doris Miller preceded him in death. He is survived by his children Raymond N. (Sandra) Miller Ronald H. (Patricia) Miller and Barbara Gillespie; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and dear friend Mildred Vassel. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 12 11 AM at The Manor House Sumner on Ridgewood Copley OH. with Rev. David Kearns-Preston officiating.
