Ralph Myers Day 87 of Copley Ohio passed away peacefully following a short illness on Thursday October 28 2010. Ralph was a life-long resident of the area and a WWII veteran having served with the US Navy in the Pacific Theater. He retired from the B.F. Goodrich Co. in 1985. He also worked many years as greens keeper at Spring Hills Golf Club in Clinton retiring at the age of 85. Ralph will be greatly missed by his family and many friends including the gang at the Corner Coffee Shop. Ralph son of Gail and Eva (Stidd) Day was preceded in death by his brothers Carl and Glen; and his sister Jean. He is survived by his wife Betty; children John and Linda Sirak (Gary); grandchildren Max Sirak and Mary Ferretti (Bill); great-grandchildren Dominic Catherine and Sam Ferretti; and numerous nieces and nephews. Per Ralph's wishes cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery Rittman.
