Pauline Wood

Pauline F. Wood nee Upchurch 80 of Copley died November 19 2004. She was a resident of Copley for 50 years. Pauline was a girl scout leader President of PTA and Band Boosters and a Republican precinct chairman for 25 years. She served 8 years on Copley-Fairlawn School Board including one year as president. She delivered mobile meals for 20 years. Her hobbies were solving cross-word puzzles and researching genealogy. She worked for Firestone Children's Hospital and Halle's Department Store. Pauline was preceded in death by brothers Herman and Leon Upchurch and son-in-law Christian Wilmoth (April 2004). She is survived by husband of 57 years Howard children; Thomas (Linda) Wood Linda Beckwith and Barbara Wilmoth. Grandchildren; Todd and Lauren Wood Christopher Charles and Curtis Beckwith and Matthew (Tabitha) and Kay Wilmoth. Greatgrandchildren; Deigh Cosette and Peydon Wilmoth. Sister; Ruth Elliott step-sister; Betty Kemph. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday November 23 2004 at 7 pm at the Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY 3475 Copley Rd. Rev. Becki Bowan Verbridge officiating. Private inurnment in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
