Paul Schwesinger

Paul Gary Schwesinger II 71 of Akron died June 7 2006 at the Hospice Care Center on Ridgewood Rd. surrounded by his loving family. Paul was born on June 2 1935 in Cleveland OH. He was a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in commercial and fine arts. Paul proudly served his country in the Korean War as an Army Engineer. He retired from Sherwin Williams after a varied career in marketing and advertising. He had a great passion and talent for art. Paul loved golfing with his friends. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandsons. Paul was preceded in death by his parents Agnes and Paul G. Schwesinger Sr. He is survived by his caring wife of 45 years Mary; children Paul G. Schwesinger III of Akron Lisa (Tim) Luby of Fairlawn; 6 grandsons Paul Graham and Matthew Schwesinger John Justin and Brian Luby; brother Thomas (Jo) L. Schwesinger of Geneva; sister Barbara H. Risso of Akron; brother-in law George (Egle) Peller of Seattle WA.; nieces Sally and Tammy; nephew John. He will be greatly missed by so many special friends. A Memorial Services will be held on Monday June 12 at 11 AM at Faith Lutheran Church 2726 W. Market Street Akron with Pastor Jean Hansen officiating. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to VNS Hospice Care Center Indigent Care Fund 3358 Ridgewood Rd.
