Paul Pontius

Paul Edward Pontius, 79, died June 30, 2014. He was born in Akron, Ohio, June 14, 1935. He was a graduate of Garfield High School, Firestone Park. He worked as a sales representative. He was preceded in death by his Father, Harry Pontius, his Mother, Anna Kibbler. a brother, Harry Pontius, and a niece, Diane. His survivors include his wife of 54 years, Shirley Cline Pontius, a daughter, Lesley and Mark Patterson, and grandchildren, Jared Patterson and Kyle Patterson, all of Akron, nieces and nephews, and stepsisters Connie Mace and Susan Lewis. Graveside services will be held for Paul and his wife Shirley on Tuesday July 8, 11:00 am at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 2580 Romig Rd., Akron.
