Patrick Steurer

Patrick M. Steurer, age 35, passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2015. He went through life with a smile on his face- never letting anything get him down. Patrick was a 1997 graduate of St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. He was employed for 18 years at Hamlin Steel. Patrick enjoyed running and skyping with his niece, Avery. Preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Steurer; maternal grandparents, John and Leona Jablonsky; he is survived by his father, Daniel S. (Denise) Steurer; brother, Scott Steurer; niece, Avery Steurer; paternal grandparents, Bill and Pat Steurer; step grandmother, Mary Redman; step sister, Mallory Hirsch and her son, Holden; step brother, Ben (Christina) Lorman; many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be Friday 4-8 p.m. at the Hummel Funeral Home, 500 E. Exchange St. Akron, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday 12:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2101 17th St. SW Akron, Ohio.
