Patrick Duignan, age 75, passed away on February 24th, 2022. He was born in Cleveland, OH to the late Clarence and Marie Duignan. An avid sports fan, Pat loved the Cleveland Indians and Browns and followed their successes and failures throughout his life. In his youth, he worked in the family floral shop on Kelly's Island where he learned how to create fantastical floral arrangements which he utilized to charm women in his later years. He moved from Ohio to Las Vegas in his 20's where he worked as a dealer and later floor manager of the major casinos on The Strip. In 1992, Patrick married Therese Papillon whom he loved until his last moment.
Patrick is survived by his loving wife, Therese, sons: Michael and Patrick, daughter: Patricia (grandsons: Hunter and Chase), and step-daughter: Danielle (step-grandchildren: Jenna, Rivkah, and Yosef). Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Duignan.
Patrick's wish was to be cremated and services will be held by his family.
Patrick will be remembered for his steadfastness and sense of humor. Just like the old soldier's song he used to sing: "Show me the way to go home. I'm tired and I want to go to bed. I had a drink about a hour ago and it went right to my head. Wherever I may roam. On land or sea or foam. You can always hearing me singing this song. Show me the way to go home."
Patrick has found his way home.
