Patricia Ann (Pat) Kelly, 75, died peacefully October 11, 2014. Born in Akron, Ohio, Pat was a graduate of St. Mary High School and Notre Dame College. She worked as a social worker for the Red Cross in Cleveland, OH and as an administrator with the Akron Public Schools at Kenmore High School. Patricia spent the majority of her life as a volunteer for a number of organizations. She was very active at St. Sebastian Parish and Archbishop Hoban High School. Pat was always very generous with her time and resources in helping others, especially those less fortunate. Pat was past President of the Mothers Club at Archbishop Hoban High School. She was a member of the Christ Child Society and The Ancient Order of Hibernians Ladies Division. Pat loved life, bridge, sports, music, white wine, traveling and anything Irish. But most of all, she especially loved her late husband Chuck, her three sons, her family and God. Pat will be dearly missed by all those that knew and loved her. Pat was preceded in death by her husband (of 45 years) Chuck Kelly. She is survived by her children, Brian (Ginger) of Cincinnati, Sean (Leanne) of Columbus and Michael (Jill) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her sister Noreen Foley and ten grandchildren, Kaelin, Katherine, Erin, Colin, Ryan, Catherine, Conor, Elyse, Brady and Emily; and numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held at the Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Rd., Copley 4 to 7 pm., Thursday, October 16, 2014. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 476 Mull Ave., on Friday, October 17 at 11 am, Fr. Edwin Leonard, celebrant. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
