Pam Cook

A beautiful soul was welcomed into the loving arms of the Father on Tuesday December 27th. Kind, giving, selfless, adventurous, and fun, are all words that those who knew her would use to describe Pam. Ever the community gatherer, friends and family could count on a raucous party at Pam and Chad's home. Should one need an extra hand around the house, help decorating for an event, or even just a ride to church on Sunday, Pam was the one to call. The quality of Pam's friendships, some lifelong, are truly a testament to the joy that she brought others.

Always the adventurer, Pam spoke at length about the sights seen and memories made on she and Chad's recent RV trip out west. She and Chad enjoyed finding new courses to golf, hiking opportunities, and kayaking locations among other activities.

Forever faithful, Pam's acts of kindness were an example to all those around her. Pam and Chad's devotion to their faith was exemplified through their participation in their church choir both in Ohio and Florida.

Beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, Pam was preceded in death by her parents James Frank Claypool and Patricia Towell Claypool and by her loving Soulmate and Husband Chad Errol Cook. Pam is survived by her Children Sean Thomas Cook, Marybeth (Kris) Cook, and Chad Garrett (Christina) Cook. Also, her five Grandchildren; Cayson Sean-William, Anastasia Belle, Zoey Candace, Deaglan Carter, and Vanessa Rose. The family would like to thank Pam's Physician, Nurses, and Aides for the incomparable care she received while at the Cleveland Clinic, Justin T. Rogers Hospice care facility.

 A mass will be held in celebration of Pam's life at Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Copley at 10 AM on Saturday, December 31st. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cleveland Clinic Justin t. Rogers Hospice center: 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Fairlawn, OH 44333.
