Norman Boss

VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Norman C. Boss 68 of Copley died November 3 2005 at Hospice Care Center. Norman was born on March 14 1937 in Copley OH. He graduated from Copley High School in 1955. Upon graduation he went to work for the Ohio Edison company as a lineman where he retired after 39 years. His past time of gardening turned into a second career of what is now Boss Farm. He enjoyed providing fresh fruits and vegetables to the Copley area and especially the Copley football team. Norman took pride in educating the young and old on where our food comes from. Norman was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Velma; son Richard (Denise) Boss; grandchildren Kyle and Tyler Lewis; sisters Martha (Bruce) Bridgeman Lois (Harold) Eckart; brother Karl (Mary) Boss and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Monday November 7 2005 11 am at Mt. Zwingli United Church of Christ 2172 S. Medina Line Road. Interment in the Rose Hill Burial Park with Rev. Keith Hejnal officiating. Friends may call at the Hummel Funeral Home Copley 3475 Copley Road on Sunday November 6 2005 from 2-5 PM. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice VNS 3358 Ridgewood Rd.
