Norma Shumaker

Jean Shumaker 76 passed away on November 27 2006. Jean had been suffering from Alzheimer's. Jean was born on November 25 1930 a life long resident of the Akron area. Jean was preceded in death by her parents ZB and Dorothy Cooper and her brother Hal Cooper and eldest son Tom E. Shumaker. Jean is survived by her daughter Caryn A. Shumaker of Copley and son Michael L. Shumaker of Akron also grandson Zachary Poe of Copley. Jean is also survived by brothers Donald (Beth) Cooper of Tallmadge and Johnny (Suzi) Cooper of Cuyahoga Falls. And long time family friends Rod Shaffer of Kent Peg Neill of Akron Uncle Paul 'PJ' Johnston of Akron and Tracy (Corby) Ward of Salt Lake City Utah along with her extended family and friends from Nick Anthe's Restaurant Akron and the City of Akron Police & Fire Communications Bureau and the Akron Police Department.
