Norma was a devoted wife and mother. She waited on Dad just like Edith Bunker waited on Archie. She often made dinner only to make a second dinner when Dad got home from work because he wanted pork chops instead of chicken! She borrowed our cars only to find out that we had no gas and of course filled our tanks. Mom planted beautiful flowers around the house that were admired by neighbors. She always knew what we were up to thanks to her friends ''the little birds''. We were always warm in our beds at night thanks to the beautiful afghans that she crocheted for each of her children and grandchildren. In addition to taking care of the 7 of us Mom also took in every stray or friend that was kicked out of their own house. She never denied anyone a home including her children that moved back in several times over the years. She loved to dance and sing- just 5 days before she died she sang her favorite song ''You'll Never Know.'' Mom taught us about love life giving sharing and The Lord and now she is with him. She was a remarkable woman wife mother grandmother great-grandmother and friend. Mom You'll Never Know just how much WE miss you! Thank you for being the best mom any child could ever have. Mom always sang ''You're gonna miss me when I'm gone and she was right. As usual. Love Your 6
