Mary Pirogowicz

Mary Lou (nee Boland)Pirogowicz 73 of Akron passed away on August 18 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter; her parents Eugene and Mary Boland; and brother Tommy. Mary Lou is survived by her brother Eugene Boland; sister Patricia Boland of Akron; daughter Diane (Joe) Broz; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. She will be missed greatly by her baby Molly. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday August 21 2009 at Hummel Funeral Home 500 East Exchange Street Akron. Interment in Hillside Memorial Park with Reverend Rick Gordon officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-8 PM. Mary Lou's family wishes to express special thanks to the caring staff at Pebble Creek Care Center for their loving support of Mary Lou; and also the Shackelford family the Pat Serdinak family and Debbie Allen.
