Mary Moriarty

Mary Lavonne Moriarty age 84 Akron Ohio died Friday February 13 2004 in Hospice Care Center Akron Ohio. Born October 3 1919 in Akron Ohio daughter of the late Earl T. and Irma Ruth (Sturtz) Kilroy Mrs. Moriarty had retired from the Akron Standard Mold Co. and from St. Thomas Hospi tal in Akron Ohio where she worked as a PBX operator. Survived by her children Edward J. (Faye) Michael P. Mary S. (Carmen) and Sally (David); six grandchildren Kelly (Todd) Kathleen Jennifer (Brian) Cor ey (Rebecca) Christopher and Jimmy; one great-grandson Cameron; former daughter-in-law Christine (Dave) Moriarty; and several nieces and neph ews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Del Moriarty (1983) and one sister Eileen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday February 16 2004 in St. John Catholic Church Logan Ohio with Monsignor William A. Dunn officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery Logan Ohio. Friends may call today from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Hum mel Funeral Home 500 E. Ex change St. Akron Ohio. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Moriarty's memory to the Annunciation Catholic Church Soup Kitchen or to the Hospice Care Center both of Akron Ohio.
