Mary Gromann

Mary V. Gromann 93 of Copley passed away October 1 2008 at her home with her family at her side. Born in Robins OH on December 15 1914 the daughter of Stephan and Mary Virostko. Mary worked hard throughout her life supporting her family and her country. She was a Charter Member of the Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Copley OH a member of the St. Clair Alter Society and a member of Copley Senior Citizens. Mary retired from the Copley- Fairlawn School System after many years of dedicated work. In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband Wilbur (Hank) Gromann brother Stephan Virostko sisters Ann Kapolka Blanch Garner and Martha Garner. She is survived by her sister Helen Hromish of Phoenix AZ her loving son Stephan (Bonnie) Gromann of Kent her devoted son Michael Gromann of Copley many nieces nephews family members and countless friends including T.J. Messner. Mass of Christian Burial Monday October 6 2008 10 am. at Guardian Angels Catholic Church 1686 S. Cleveland Massillon Rd.. Interment in Copley Township Cemetery. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home Copley 3475 Copley Rd on Sunday from 4-6 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Copley Rescue Squad.
