Mary Crouch

Mary Darling Crouch, age 86, went to be with the Lord in her forever home on July 5, 2021. She was born in Copley to the late Leland and Marjorie Snyder. Mary married Dorsey Crouch Jr. of Seymour, Indiana on April 12, 1952 in Seymour, Indiana and he preceded her in death on February 7, 1997.

She was also preceded in death by her sons, David Ryan Crouch, and Leland Wayne Crouch; a daughter, Marjorie Faye Crouch; grandson, John Mize; her brother, Kenneth Snyder; and son-in-law, Darrell Mize. Mary is survived by her children, William (Nancy) Crouch, Richard Crouch, Mary Jane Crouch, and Kathryn Mize; grandchildren, Delvin (Elaine) Pickett, Andrew (Deanna) Mize, Chad Crouch; great grandchildren; Katie Mize, Bryce Pickett, Alliya Pickett, Zachary Pickett, Joshua Mize, Brooklyn Mize; cousin, Jean Fogg.

Mary enjoyed traveling and shopping. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Mary was a huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Cavaliers. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mary and Claire for sharing Baxter with Mary.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 10 to 11 am at the Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Road, Copley. A funeral service will be on Thursday, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Copley Cemetery.
