Mark Bader

Mark Stephen Bader, born April 22, 1951, passed away August 14, 2018... sooner or Bader, after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by his mother, Norma; stepfather, Jack Davis; brother, Richard (Ling) and sister, Barbara (Soo) Bishop; he is survived by his father, Richard (Dick); brother, Douglas (Gles) Bader and other family members. Mark was an avid dog lover, having a lifelong passion for rescuing abused dogs. Dutch, Mickey, Toby, Sable, Bunny and Blackie were his fur kids. He was a music fan extraordinaire, with a wealth of music knowledge. Mark was the most loyal, generous, patient friend, who's home will always be remembered as the ' birthplace of action '!!! Thanks to those who assisted Mark in the last several years: John Deptuch, Bob Simmons, Gary Cappy (Mr. PPY), John Fulvimar (Aug), Tim LaRose, Melissa Whitaker, Larry Bader and many others. Mark fought a good fight and would like to thank his many caregivers including Dr. Ron Hawes, Kristin, Akron City Hospital Palliative Care Unit, including Don, Kristine, Kimberly, Marla, Debbie, Karen and all the other angels who were there for him.
