Marjorie Eva (Palmer) Blose was born in Butte, Montana on February 24, 1918 and moved to Akron at an early age. She passed away July 12, 2016 at age 98. She grew up in Akron and graduated from Garfield High School. She graduated from Actual Business College and attended both Akron and Ohio State University. She worked for the Army Air Force during WWII and retired from Dunlap Export as the Export Manager. She lived in Copley for over sixty years and special thanks to Brookdale At Montrose where she resided in recent years. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Max of 61 years. She is survived by daughter Nancy Wendrowski (Henry) and son Thomas Blose (Carol). She has three grandchildren, Carolyn Wendrowski in New York City, Jennifer Daw (Brian) in Denver, and Jamison Blose (Rachel) of Akron and two great grand daughters Anelie and Elleri Daw of Denver. Rev. Erik Marshall will officiate the funeral service at 2:00 pm Friday at the Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Rd. Copley, Ohio 44321, where friends may call one hour prior to service. Donations may be made to United Methodist Church Of Copley.
