View Video Tribute Marilyn L. Leidal passed away May 19 2005.   Born in Copley on February 11 1922 Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband Andrew Leidal and first husband Edgar N. Combs; parents William and Lottie Simpson; daughter Bonnie Combs; son William L. Combs; great-granddaughter Brynne Grossi; and sister Violet Wilson.   She is survived by loving son Edgar (Patricia) Combs of Stow loving daughter Michelle (Casey) Persing of Reno NV; cherished grandchildren Krista Combs-Grossi Robert (Denise) Combs Bradford (Christina) Combs Kierra and Andrew Persing; six beautiful great-grandchildren; loving sisters Virginia Crider of Akron and Iris Foster of Rittman; many treasured nieces and nephews; and so many good and loyal friends particularly Mary Frock Mary Crawford and MaryAnn Nelson from Chapel Hill Towers.   Marilyn was a member of the Yusef Khan Caldron and in 1980 was honored to be elected Mighty Chosen One.  She was also a member of the American Legion Auziliary and Mogadore VFW Post.  She was a thoughtful and loving mother grandmother and sister and a wonderful friend to so many.  Our family will treasure forever the memory of her sense of humor positive outlook on life and steadfast faith.    We would especially like to thank Dr. Regina Dorman for her loving care and friendship and the staff  at Stow-Glen for the care and kindness they showed Mom.   A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday May 23 2005 at Copley United Methodist Church 1518 S. Cleveland-Massillon Rd. Copley OH 44321. Memorial donations may be made to the Copley United Methodist Church.
