Marguerite Wetshtein

Marguerite Wetshtein (Mrs. L) passed away April 16, 2015. She was born in Akron, Ohio Jan. 21, 1927. She retired from Cuyahoga Falls Board of Education after 23 years of service. Marguerite belonged to Hoban Mothers Club, past president of Jay-Cees Wives, Stow Sunshiners. She was preceded in death by her parents Antonia and Ross Rizzo, father of her children Bernard Lann, husband of 11 years, Bill Longhitano, husband Paul Wetshtein, her oldest son Bernard Lann, brother Lou Rizzo. She is survived by daughter Shelly (Tim) Conyhgham, sons Mark (Patti) Lann, Dennis (Cindi) Lann, Richard Lann; daughter-in-law Sherrie Lann; nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; brother Angelo (Buster) Rizzo; brother-in-law Fred (Marlene) Wetshtein. Don't remember me with tears and sadness remember me with a smile and laughter. She always tried to have a smile and a joke for everyone. The family will receive friends Tuesday April 28 3-6 pm at Hummel Funeral Home, 500 E. Exchange St., where a memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm. Donations may be made to Hoban Wellness Center, 1 Holy Cross Blvd., Akron, Ohio 44306.
