VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Margery Perrot Dunlavy 90 of Akron died December 22 2004. Marge was a graduate of Henry Elementary and Central High Schools. Following high school she was a secretary for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for 15 years. She then spent the next 20 years raising her three children. In the late 1960s she returned to the work force as a secretary to Doctors Marshall Werner and Harvey Karam. She was a loyal and much loved assistant to them for a combined total of 18 years. Marge retired in the mid 1980s and focused on life with her grandchildren and many friends and neighbors. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years Edward J. Dunlavy Jr. and is survived by her son Patrick (Daryl); daughters Peggy and Carolyn; grandchildren Michael Erin and Courtney; brother Rudy Perrot (Betty) and sister Patricia Vinson (Jim); and niece Sandra Webb (Wally). Everyone that was fortunate enough to have encountered Marge experienced her warm smile sense of humor and humble presence. She was a great Mom and Grandmother. She was also a wonderful friend and neighbor. Marge loved to shop and have lunch with her girls get her hair done each Wednesday and dance dance dance until the music stopped. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday December 28 2004 9:30 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Burial will take place at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery immediately following the Mass. Friends may call the Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to the Hospice Care of Visiting Nurse Service 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron Ohio 44333.
