Margaret Riley

Margaret D. Riley 96 passed away September 8 2006 in Akron where she was born and had lived all of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry V. Riley in 1971. She is survived by her beloved son H. Michael (Diane) Riley of Munroe Falls; granddaughters Denise Riley (Ken Swope) of Akron and Connie (Gordon) Thomas of Green; great grandsons Jason and Shawn Bunnell; great granddaughters Sierra and Savannah Thomas; niece Annette (James) Puster of Howard OH; newphew Edward (Louise) Huber of Copperhill TN; nephew Mike Corsello of Atlanta GA; sister-in-law Sylva Corsello; Mary Helen Dewey and many nieces and nephews. Margaret was a long time member of St. Marthas parish and a Eucharistic minister. She was a past member of Catholic Daughters of America and Akron Area China Artists. As per Margaret's request there will be no calling hours. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday September 11 2006 10:00 am at St. Martha Catholic Church 300 E. Tallmadge Ave. Akron. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Stow Glen 4285 Kent Rd. Stow OH 44224 or Hospice of VNS 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron OH 44333.
