Margaret Bauer

Margaret Ann Bauer passed away in Green Ohio on September 3 2013 at the age of 80 years old. Margie was the daughter of the late John R. Jones and Elizabeth M. Jones of Cuyahoga Falls. She was born in New York City and lived in Dallas Texas and Willard Ohio before residing for much of her life in Cuyahoga Falls. She met her beloved late husband Bernard Bauer working together at Goodwill Industries in Akron. Margie and Bernie lived the Portage Lakes area before returning home to Willard. Margie was a strong and independent woman despite many challenges presented to her during her lifetime. Her generous nature and witty spirit as well as the many thoughtful personal letters to friends and family will be surely missed. Margie is survived by her sister Elizabeth Jones Steel (Frank) of Green and brother Robert K. Jones (Lynn) of Colorado Springs Colorado as well as many nieces nephews and extended family. Friends and family may call upon the family at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. Akron Ohio on Friday September 6 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday September 7 2013 at 9:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church 1761 2nd St. Cuyahoga Falls followed by internment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
