Louise Angeline 'Angie' Bello passed away peacefully on October 25, 2016 at age 102. The eldest daughter of six children she was born on February 7, 1914 in Hudson, Ohio to Maria and Antonio Corsino. She grew up in Ravenna and, following her marriage to Charles Bello, moved to Rootstown, where she lived most of her adult life. She was a life long member of Immaculate Conception Church in Ravenna, Ohio. She retired from the Ravenna Arsenal in 1978 after 22 years. Predeceased by husband Charles A. Bello in 1994, son Gerald Bello in 2004, siblings: Dominic and Frank Corsino, Rose Socha, Catherine Calabria and Mary Wright. Survived by son Charles J Bello, and daughter Mary Lou Solsman (Randy), daughter-in-law, Laura Bello, nine grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Known for her love of baking, cooking, and canning, many of her recipes are now being prepared and enjoyed by her grandchildren. We will miss her German Chocolate cakes, pies, cookies, and Italian meatballs. Grandma, we love and cherish you: rest in peace. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Monday at Immaculate Conception Church, 409 W. Main St. Ravenna, Ohio 44266, where friends may call one hour prior to mass. Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Ravenna. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Angie's memory to the Immaculate Conception Church at the above address.
