Lola Spangler

Lola S. Spangler 87 of Copley died January 4 2010. She was a long time resident of Copley OH. Her passions were camping boating dining out shopping entertaining (especially during Christmas and New Year) and enjoying time with her family. Lola enjoyed life to the fullest and she will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald; her parents Tony Philpott and Lena Hetrick; and her brother Thomas Philpott. Lola is survived by her daughter Judith (Victor) DiFino; her grandchildren Annette Aimee Jerry (Bev) and Donald; great-grandchildren Kyle Joshua Krista Ericka Jacob Samantha Ryan Courtney Cory Calen and Camden; great-great-grandsons Julian and Evann; her brothers Bobby (JoAnn) Philpott Richard (Nickie) Hetrick and Art (Euna) Hetrick; her sisters Jackie Wallis and Lois (Preston) Stewart; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday January 7 2010 at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY 3475 Copley Road. Interment in Copley Township Cemetery with Rev. Becki Bowan-Verbridge officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 4-7 PM. Memorial donations may be made in Lola's memory to the Alzheimer's Association 1815 W. Market St Suite 301 Akron OH 44313-7067.
