Larry Lyle

Larry A. Lyle, 75, of Stow, passed away unexpectedly. He was a native of Silver Lake, Ohio. Larry graduated from Kent State University High School and Kent State University. He taught music and was the band director for several years in the Woodridge Local School District. Following his retirement from teaching he worked at Northfield Park Racetrack where he was named employee of the year. He was an avid golfer, bowler and enjoyed harness and thoroughbred horse racing. Larry was preceded in death by his parents Donald Lyle, Sr. and Mildred D. Lyle, brother Donald Lyle, Jr. and sister Judy Stranathan. He is survived by brother-in-law Jerry Stranathan, two nieces and five nephews. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
