Larry Knittle

Larry G. Knittle age 69 passed away December 27th 2012. Larry was born in Akron graduated from Copley High School and entered the US Navy and completed over ten years of service most of it sea duty in many countries. Upon leaving the navy he worked as an electronics engineer and retired from Myers Industries. He is survived by loving partner David Ballard; brothers Roy and David; sister Rebecca Mohler; niece Barbie Whitt and Nephews David Knittle and Anthony Mohler. He was an active member of Cascade Community Church where he was a Deacon and enjoyed playing the organ & working on his computer. Cremation has taken place. A memorial will be held on Monday January 7 2013 at 2 Pm at Cascade Community Church 1190 Inman St. Akron OH 44306. A private interment will take place in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Donations may be made to the church.
