Lambert Meyers

Lambert 'Bert' G. Meyers 87 of Lakeside/Marblehead passed away in his home December 10 2009. He was also an active member of the Free Masons. He retired after 35 years of service as Chief of Maitenance for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company Executive Flight Operations. Bert was a veteran of World War II serving in the United States Army Air Corps. He is preceded in death by his parents George and Bertha Meyers. Bert is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Cecile; son Gary (Beverly) Meyers; grandsons Chris and Josh Meyers; nieces Pam Benson and Sandy (Ellis) Kieper and many neices nephews and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday December 16 2009 at 11 AM at Hummel Funeral Home 3475 Copley Rd COPLEY. Interment in Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5-7 PM with a Masonic Service taking place at 6:40 PM.
