John Wegrzyn

John Wegrzyn 96 of Bridgeport CT died June 24 2004 at Copley Health Center. He retired in 1972 from Mechanics and Farmers Savings Bank in Bridgeport CT as Vice President. He was a member ofthe Polish National Alliance and White Eagles. John was preceded by his wife of 56 years Mildred (Czarnota) sister Katharine Gosselin and brother Joseph. He is survived by sister Mary Wolski son Dr. John (Terry) Wegryn 3 grandchildren Dr. Scott (Heidi) Wegryn Pamela (Frank) Wegryn Randazzo Dr. John (Jennifer) Wegryn 8 great-grandchildren nieces nephews and long time companion Dorothy Baranowsky. A Memorial Mass will be Monday at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church Grant St. Friends may call on Sunday from 4-6 pm at Hummel Funeral Home (COPLEY CHAPEL) 3475 Copley Road.
