John Lepkowski

John W. Lepkowski 88 of Akron passed away peacefully at home on May 31 2008. Born in Madiera PA in 1919 he moved to Akron in 1925. John was preceded in death by his wife Wanda his son Thomas and his parents Pete and Mary. He is survived by his loving wife Martha; sons John and Donald; daughter Patricia; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. John will also be missed by many other friends and family. John was a proud veteran as well as a a member of St. Paul's Church. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM on Tuesday June 3 2008 at St. Paul's Catholic Church 1580 Brown St Akron. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St Akron on Monday June 2 from 5-7 PM. Funeral procession will begin at St. Paul's after the Mass. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to St. Paul's or a charity of your choice.
