Jerold Jost

Jerold F. Jost 86 of Fairlawn passed away peacefully on Friday August 12 2011. Jerry served in the Air force as a B-24 Pilot in WWII and was an owner of Jost Tire Service. He was an avid boater and enjoyed spending time with his grade school and high school buddies. He was preceded in death by parents Earl C. and Ruth E. Jost; sister Marjorie Jost and daughter-in-law Lisa. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Ruth B. and their children Earl (Barb) Jost Caryn (Bill) Kish Laurie (Charles) Werling and Paul Thomas Jost; 11 grandchildren; brother Jack (Bettie) Jost of Ft. Myers FL; 1 niece and 7 nephews. Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday August 16 2011 at 9:30 AM at St. Hilary Catholic Church 2750 W. Market St. Interment in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY 3475 Copley Rd. on Monday from 5-7 PM.
