James McCausland

James P. McCausland 90 of Akron died November 14 2003. He was born in Akron on March 30 1913 and was an Akron resident until 1920 when his family moved to the Village of Bath. James attended grade school in Akron and graduated from St. Vincent High School in 1930. He served in the US Army from 1942-1946 and was stationed at the Head Quarters of the European Theater of Operations Attorney General Dept. and the Record Audit Bureau Head Quarters in Paris France. James began his career with Paine-Webber in 1952 and served as resident manager from 1956 until his retirement in December 1988. James was preceded in death by his parents Jas and Anna C. McCausland sister Jeanne McCausland and brother Jack McCausland. He is survived by nephew Mark (Susan) McCausland and niece Katherine Carver. Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM on Friday at the Village at St. Edward Nursing Home . Interment in St. Vincent Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the James P. McCausland Memorial Trust Fund at the University of Akron.
