James Haramis

James K. Haramis CPA 79 passed away peacefully on Monday May 17 2010 at the Hospice Care Center in Copley surrounded by family and friends. Born in Akron on August 28 1930 Jim was a Korean War Veteran. He is survived by his wife Ada (Kurlich) whom he married on Sept. 5 1953; their four sons David (Laurie) Dan (Laura) Chris and Jeff (Diane); and ten grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn his sister Mary Haramis Mears and brother Sam (Sandy) both of Akron. Jim began his accounting practice in Copley 39 years ago which became the foundation for Haramis and Roe Inc. where he was currently employed. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday May 21 2010 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church 1686 S. Cleveland Massillon Rd Copley. Interment in Copley Township Cemetery with Copley VFW Post 7971 and Copley American Legion Post #473 assisting in military honors.
