Jacqueline (Jackie) Kellogg 69 passed away September 21 2013. Born in Akron Ohio and raised on Sutherland Ave in Akron with her six brothers and sisters. She met the love of her life Jack Kellogg at Kenmore High School. They married and had three children Jill Jack and Jay. Jack and Jackie enjoyed each other's company so much they often worked together driving tour buses and traveling. Jackie was a bus driver for the Revere School System where she was loved and admired by her school bus 'children'. She was often found to be knitting or sewing Christmas stockings and gifts for the school children year round. Jack and Jackie enjoyed taking day trips to Canada Michigan Pennsylvania and Amish country in Ohio. Jackie's greatest gifts came when she became a Grandmother to Jordan Jaylin Jacoby Hunter Darian Bennett Alex and Alexis. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Oliver Bowman and Dora Arnold Bowman; brothers Robert Junior Donald Karl and John Richard; sisters JoAnne Carol and June Louise. Jackie is survived by her husband Jack Kellogg; brother Jerold (Mary) Bowman; daughter Jill Kellogg of Copley; sons Jack (Kim) Kellogg Jr. of Rocky River Ohio and Jay (Denette) Kellogg of Pottstown Pennsylvania; and her beautiful grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday September 27 5-6:45 pm at the Hummel Funeral Home 3475 Copley Rd. Copley where a short prayer service will be held at 6:45 pm. Appreciation and thanks to the Hospice Care Center of Copley Ohio for their kindness and compassionate care for Jackie. Flowers will be donated to the Hospice Care Center after her service.
