Jack Lynn

Jack C. Lynn 69 of Wadsworth passed away November 17 2013 at his residence. Jack was born in Barberton and retired from Babcock & Wilcox as a Contract Manager after 35 years of service. He shared fond memories of his travels to customer sites and making many friendships. Jack attended Ohio State University and graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Chemistry. He greatly enjoyed playing golf as well as fishing and playing cards. Jack loved to garden and had grown quite a unique variety of garlic which he loved to share with his family and friends. Jack also served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Diana (Stonebrook) and parents Jack and Joan (Gradisher) Lynn. Jack is survived by his children Lisa (Michael) Zepp Michelle Uysal brothers David Charles (Paula) Tim (Nancy) and sister Marcie (Bob) Maione; grandchildren Zack Alysa Joe and Alex and many nephews and nieces. Jack also leaves behind his special friend Janet Scrimo. A special thanks to Grace Hospice Service and special caregivers for their loving care - especially Dan and Sarah At his request cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday November 23 2013 at the Sacred Heart of Wadsworth Church 260 Broad St. Wadsworth 44281. A Celebration of Life will follow. Memorial contributions can be made to your favorite charity.
