Irene Danish

Irene Danish, age 80, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2015 surrounded by her sons. She was born on September 19, 1934 in Tarentum, Pennsylvania to the late Stanley and Louise Kaminski. She enjoyed interior decorating and animals, especially her dog, Annie and her cats, 'J' and Belle. Irene retired from the Meatcutters Union, working at Fisher Fazio's deli. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Danish; daughter-in-law, Linda Danish and many brothers and sisters; she is survived by her sons, Robert (Paula) Danish and Gary Danish; grandchildren, Britt Badalich-Danish, Jordan (Robert) Seese, Hannah, Connor and Gannon Danish. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around you and whispered 'Come with Me'. With tear filled eyes we watched as you suffered and faded away, although we loved you deeply we could not will you to stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest, to show us, 'He Only Takes The Best'. Calling hours will be Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at the Hummel Funeral Home, 500 E. Exchange St. Akron, Ohio.
