VIEW PHOTO TRIBUTE''Helen Harmon 99 of Akron passed away at her home on April 6 2009. She was born on May 22 1909 in Osceola Mills PA. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Taylor Harmon; son Tom Harmon; and sister Martha Gmerek. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Marilyn Heiselman and Christine (Tom) Burns; and daughter-in-law Marilyn Harmon. Helen leaves behind her loving grandchildren Cindy (Shabtai) Chassan Terry (Mick) Albanese Carrie (Lewis) Diulus Brian Burns and Renee Burns. She also leaves behind 9 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday April 8 2009 at St. Matthew Catholic Church 2603 Benton Street. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home 500 East Exchange Street Akron on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 AM.
